Ford Credit Link

Ford Credit Link allows up to six drivers to share a single vehicle. The app locates the vehicle. Reserves drive time. Tracks fuel spending. Contacts your group. And schedules and transfers payments. And by dividing a payment between six people, owning a car suddenly becomes a much smarter option.

In collaboration with a team of user experience and visual designers, strategists and creative partners, I helped establish the business logic, product attributes, user onboarding flow, user experience, branding and app design.

In just under four months, we went from blank whiteboard to a minimum viable product designed to put Ford Credit in the same space as Zipcar, Uber and other Ford mobility experiments. Ford Credit Link shortlisted twice at the 2016 Cannes Lions in Overall Functional Design and Mobile Apps as a Product/Service categories.
